The body of Noordin Mohammed Top has been flown from Central Java to Jakarta for DNA testing.
Indonesia's most wanted terrorist was killed in a police raid this morning.
Police believe that Noordin Mohammed Top had only spent a few nights at a house in the village of Beji in Temanggung before he was surrounded and killed in a police raid.
Ten grenades were found inside the property as well as detonators, switches and other bomb-making materials.
But its thought Top had been mainly living at another house near the home of Indonesia's President, in Bekasi near Jakarta, which has also been raided by police.
More than 100 kgs of explosives were found in the Bekasi property including car bombs, and bolt bombs similar to the one found in room 1808 of the Marriott Hotel after it was attacked last month.
Noordin Mohammad Tops remains will be DNA tested in the Indonesian capital.
Australia goes to the polls on August 21.
